BTIHS, Bauan — the select Senior High School comfort rooms of Bauan Technical Integrated High School (BTIHS) have gone under significant transformation last August 23, 2023.
Thanks to the generous support of the Rotary Club of Bauan and the dedicated efforts of the Interact Club (IC) of BTIHS, under the guidance of the IC Coordinator, Mrs. Apoll Joy Silang, this remarkable makeover has been realized, dubbed as “Comfort in a Coat” — the first ever community service project of the Interact Club at BTIHS.
This collaborative effort not only breathed new life into the restrooms of BTIHS, but also instilled comfort for everyone who use these restrooms. The teachers, staff, and volunteers who offered their help and support also played a significant role in making this project a reality, adding to the workforce for the renovations.
The donations from the Rotary Club of Bauan were instrumental ensuring the lasting impact of this transformation. We at Interact Club of BTIHS, as well as the school itself, are immensely grateful for their unwavering support in our mission to create welcoming and aesthetically pleasing restroom spaces. Through the efforts of Interactors, members of Interact Club, it played a significant role in transforming their vision into a tangible reality.
This project exemplifies the power of community involvement and showcases what can be achieved when everyone comes together with a shared vision of improving their learning environment. The “Comfort in a Coat” initiative serves as a testament to what can be achieved when everyone unites to enhance school facilities.
